If you've been around for a while, you'll know that I love making homemade bone broth. Its deeply nourishing and has been a impactful part of my chronic illness healing journey. Sometimes life gets busy and I don't have time to make bone broth or forget to get the ingredients needed (it's a labor of love). That's when I turn to using the best quality "store-bought" broth I can find. Kettle and Fire is one of my top favorite brands in terms of taste and quality.
They use pasture-raised meat bones for their broth along with other organic ingredients. Kettle & Fire has an entire line of beef and chicken bone broth flavors as well as some great soups. They also have a new line of regeneratively raised products. Personally, my favorite is the classic beef. I love the flavor that it brings to my slow cooks.
Something to note about Kettle & Fire broth is that it is much more concentrated than other brands of conventional bone broth. For example, Kettle & Fire has 5x the amount of protein in an 8oz serving than the organic Whole Foods 365 beef broth. It shows that most other brands are really watering down their broth. Kettle & Fire is the real deal!
I love having it on hand for using in recipes and for when I run out of homemade bone broth (or when I don't have the time). I have a hunch you will love it just as much as I do!
